Our Pharma range of Complete Nutrition and Protein Plus for Seniors powders are eligible for funding through a Home Care Package.We will bill your Home Care Provider directly, with no money to pay at the time of order.
Through our partnership with Eat Well Health we have developed a system to help improve your nutrition and to gain access to our formulated meal replacement, Complete Nutrition and Protein Powder for Seniors which is a formulated supplementary food and is classified as a food for Special Medical Purposes under the FSANZ Code Standard 2.9.5.
Both products meet the guidelines for funding under the governments Home Care Package guidelines.
Through our online nutrition assessment we are able to provide you and your Home Care Provider with an assessment of your nutrition status and to recommend any products which may help you improve your level of nutrition.
This may enable you to have the products paid for under your Home Care Plan.
The Eat Well Health online nutrition assessment questionnaire and malnutrition screening tool allows you to easily access our products under your Home Care Package without the need to visit a dietitian in person. We also offer ongoing support from our team of dietitians who can specifically discuss your individual circumstances to provide you with even more tailored advice to improve your nutrition levels.
