Banana, Coconut and Chia Seed Immunity Booster
This delicious drink is perfect for breakfast or an afternoon energy booster!
Ingredients
1 Banana
8 ice cubes
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Skim Milk
1 tablespoon Greek Yoghurt
1 teaspoon Desiccated Coconut
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Optimal Essentials Immune powder
Blend ingredients in blender and serve!
The chia seeds are an added bonus as they are high in fibre, which can help facilitate the absorption of water, making the stomach expand and feel fuller, quicker!
